SEEITEK is proudly collaborating with #AustralianManufacturing brands to help them champion productivity and sustainability.

We’re excited to provide a sneak peek into our successful partnership with Vitasoy Australia a beloved food and beverage brand renowned for its plant-based offerings, especially soy milk.Vitasoy are proactively committed to responsible production practices.

They use innovative and highly effective approaches to manufacture products in the most sustainable way.

For these reasons, Vitasoy’s engineering and maintenance teams are collaborating with SEEITEK’s operational #energyefficiency experts and utilising cutting-edge AI transparency technology.Together we’re reducing equipment running costs and optimising operational performance, productivity and reliability at the production plant in Wodonga, Victoria.

Significant quick wins were achieved this year.

The results, so far.

> Hidden energy waste identified and resolved in compressor staging at the industrial refrigeration plant.

> Real-time higher resolution data, to the minute, provided the team with the visibility to optimise the cycling of the compressors to reduce energy consumption.> Performance issue with air compressors quickly identified and resolved.

> Greater energy usage visibility and actionable intelligence delivered faster cost & reliability control of critical equipment. The team were empowered to manage and mitigate future energy inefficiencies in a timelier manner.

The solutions, so far.

> Panoramic Power miniature power sensors and integrated third-party meters into the panoramic power energy intelligence software platform were installed to monitor power, gas, water, air and temperature in real-time. With more to come.

> SaaS AI analytics, customised reports, 24/7 device-level alerts, and anomaly triggers were specifically developed to solve challenges in manufacturing energy management.

Additionally, diagnostics, solution implementation and advisory expertise from Pete Collins and his engineering and data analytics team were employed to optimise and future proof the plant.
